Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Happy Daze website at happydaze.info (the “Service”). By using the Service or submitting our intake form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Happy Daze is a Florida-based insurance lead-generation service. We collect basic information about you and connect you with one or more licensed insurance agents and carriers who can prepare a life-insurance quote. Florida residents: insurance is regulated by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and the Florida Department of Financial Services. We are not your insurance agent unless and until a written agency agreement is established.

• We are not an insurance carrier or underwriter.
• We do not issue policies, collect premiums, or pay claims.
• We do not guarantee that any specific carrier will offer you coverage or that any quote you receive will be approved at the rate quoted.
• Carrier decisions, coverage availability, premiums, and underwriting are entirely the responsibility of the issuing carrier.

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to use the Service. By submitting the intake form, you confirm that the information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information may result in a denial of coverage by the carrier and may be unlawful.

By submitting our intake form and checking the consent boxes, you authorize Happy Daze and our partner agents to contact you by phone, SMS, and email about your quote, including via auto-dialed and pre-recorded calls and messages. Content on the Service is informational only. We are not your attorney, financial advisor, accountant, or insurance broker, and nothing on this site is a recommendation that any specific policy is right for you. You are responsible for your own decisions. Consult a licensed advisor for personalized advice.

You agree not to:

• Submit information about another person without their permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the site to harass, abuse, or impersonate any person
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, scrape data, or interfere with normal operation
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Happy Daze name, logo, copy, design, and code are owned by Happy Daze and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Daze and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Happy Daze harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.059, or other non-waivable statutory rights under Florida law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “effective date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
