TCPA & SMS Disclosure

What you're consenting to

When you submit our intake form and check the consent boxes, you provide your prior express written consent for Happy Daze and the licensed insurance agents we work with to contact you at the phone number you provided about life-insurance quotes and related services. Contact may include:
  • Live phone calls from our team
  • Auto-dialed and pre-recorded voice messages
  • SMS / text messages, including those sent by an automated system
  • Email follow-ups

Your consent applies even if your phone number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Consent overrides those registries for the limited purpose of communicating with you about your quote.

Florida residents: FTSA notice

Happy Daze operates from Florida and complies with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), Fla. Stat. § 501.059, in addition to the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227. By checking the consent box on our intake form, you provide written consent under both statutes for telephone calls and text messages — including those made or sent using an automated telephone dialing system, an artificial voice, or a prerecorded voice — placed by Happy Daze and our partner agents to the number you provided.
  • You may withdraw FTSA consent at any time using the opt-out methods described below.
  • If you believe a call or text was sent to you in violation of the FTSA, you may contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services at fdacs.gov.
  • Nothing in this disclosure waives your statutory rights under Florida or federal law.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not have to provide consent to be eligible to buy life insurance. You can call us directly or contact a licensed agent without using this form. Submitting the form and checking the consent boxes is a convenience that lets us reach out to you proactively.

SMS program details

  • Frequency: message frequency varies based on your conversation. Typically 1–8 messages per month while we are working with you on a quote.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We don't charge for the messages themselves.
  • Help: for help, reply HELP to any message or email support@happydaze.info.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any text and we will stop. You can also ask to be removed during a call or by email.
  • Carriers: supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Recording

Some of our calls may be recorded for quality and training. You will be informed at the start of any recorded call and may decline to be recorded.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by:
  • Replying STOP to any text message we send
  • Telling the agent on a call that you wish to be removed
  • Emailing support@happydaze.info with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE”

Withdrawing consent will stop future marketing communications. We may still contact you about an in-progress application or for compliance-required notices.

Recordkeeping

We retain a timestamped record of your consent — including the date, time, IP address, and the version of the consent text you saw — for as long as required by federal and state regulators. You can request a copy of your consent record at any time.
