Who we are

Happy Daze (“Happy Daze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-based insurance lead-generation service operating the website at happydaze.info. We help cannabis-industry professionals find life-insurance carriers willing to underwrite them. We are not an insurance carrier and we do not issue policies ourselves.

Information we collect

When you submit our intake form, we collect:

Name, email address, and phone number
Age and U.S. state of residence
Coverage amount you're interested in
Your role in the cannabis industry (owner, manager, budtender, grower, etc.)
The timestamp of your TCPA and SMS consents, plus the IP address and browser the form was submitted from, for compliance auditing

We do not request — and you should not provide — your Social Security number, financial-account information, or detailed health records through this site. Those are collected later, by the carrier, after you choose to apply.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to match you with one or more life-insurance carriers and to contact you about that match. Specifically:

To call, text, or email you about your quote request
To schedule a consultation (e.g., via our Calendly booking link)
To pass your name, contact info, age, state, role, and coverage interest to one or more licensed insurance agents or carriers we work with, so they can prepare a quote for you
To improve the form and the service over time

Who we share your information with

Licensed insurance agents and carriers we partner with, for the purpose of preparing and issuing your quote
Service providers that host the site and database (Railway), the booking widget (Calendly), and the phone system used to call you back
Government agencies or law enforcement when required by law, subpoena, or court order

We do not sell your information to data brokers or unrelated marketers, and we do not buy leads from third-party list providers.

Cookies and analytics

We use only the cookies necessary to keep the site running (for example, your admin login session if you are an authorized admin). We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers or behavioral-ad cookies. If we add basic analytics in the future to count visitors, we will update this policy.

How long we keep your information

We retain your lead record for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up with you and to satisfy our regulatory obligations. You may request deletion at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop calling, texting, or emailing you at any time. Reply STOP to a text or tell us on a call.
You can ask us to delete your data by emailing the address below. We will confirm deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain a record.
If you reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and opt-out of certain processing. Email us to exercise those rights.
Florida residents: the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) requires us to notify you in the event of a security breach affecting your personal information. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) does not currently apply to a business of our size, but we voluntarily honor access and deletion requests from any Florida resident on the same terms as residents of other states.

Children

The site is intended for adults age 18 and over and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The “effective date” at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
